Portrait of I.N. Descartes surrounded by pink bougainvillea

Hi, I'm I.N. Descartes.

I've loved reading since my mother taught me what words were, in the basement of our Virginia home.

Since then, I've grown up on a steady diet of mysteries, horror, suspense, and thrillers. I've always loved going to bed a little scared. Now I get to share stories that do the same thing.
